Ginger Harvesting: From Farm to Kitchen

Hello everyone, today we will understand the process of ginger harvesting from the beginning to the end. Ginger is a plant with high economic and medicinal value. Proper harvesting will greatly affect the quality and quantity of the yield. Let's follow along.

1. Preparation before harvesting:

Harvest period: Ginger is ready for harvest when it is about 7-10 months from the date of planting. This can be observed from the leaves that start to turn yellow and dry. Harvesting too early or too late will affect the quality and size of the ginger bulbs.

Plantation inspection: Check the completeness of the plantation. There may be weeding or cleaning around the area to facilitate harvesting.

2. Harvesting steps:
